Looks like Batman decided to end the game of gangsters from this city to help you stop the thuggery that takes care of the streets, you will have to show great skill and agility to shoot at cars that lie ahead but be careful, be careful not to end up giving the guy with the enemy in that case you may even be surprised and your mission will fail.
